Absolutely! We work with clients nationwide. Our cloud-based systems allow us to provide the same level of service regardless of your location. We use secure online platforms for document sharing, communication, and financial management.

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, as well as Xero. Our team is certified in all major platforms and can work with your existing software or help you transition to a new system if needed.

Yes! We specialize in QuickBooks cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping. Whether your books are months or years behind, we can get them organized and up-to-date. We'll assess the situation and provide a clear plan and pricing before we begin.

We provide tax preparation support, which means we prepare your books to be tax-ready and can work directly with your CPA or tax preparer. We don't file tax returns ourselves, but we ensure all your financial data is accurate and properly documented for smooth tax filing.

The frequency depends on your plan. Starter plans receive monthly reports, Professional plans receive weekly updates, and Enterprise clients can receive daily reporting. We can also customize the reporting schedule based on your specific needs.

Pricing & Billing

No hidden fees, ever. Our pricing is transparent and flat-rate. The price you see is the price you pay. If your needs change or you exceed plan limits, we'll discuss it with you first before any adjustments to your billing.

No long-term contracts required. Our services are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business through quality service, not contractual obligations.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Monthly billing is automatic via credit card or ACH for your convenience. You'll receive an invoice each month with a detailed breakdown of services.

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Security & Privacy

Security is our top priority. We use bank-level encryption for all data transfers, store information in secure cloud servers with regular backups, and follow strict access controls. All team members undergo background checks and sign confidentiality agreements.

Only your dedicated account manager and their direct supervisor have access to your financial information. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Your data is your data, period.
